Distinctive Designs Wall-Mounted Greek/Roman Style Female Statue Head Cement Planter, 8"

She is heavy for her small size, but what a beauty. I put Christmas cactus in her. She only holds maybe 2 cups max of soil. Maybe less. The hole in the back is so low that it could only be filled to about 2" from the top, which would only allow filling with 1+ cup of soil, so I cut a 1gal. ziplock baggie to size and lined the inside, so I could fill it almost to the top with soil, and allow some room for watering. This has worked out just fine, with now water running out that hole and down my living room wall.

This is lovely. I'd had it on my wish list for several months and am really glad I purchased it. Once it arrived, the toughest part was deciding where to hang it. I ended up hanging it on a trellis on my outdoor covered porch.I purchased a garland and placed it in the top, but may plant a flowering plant there in the spring. I saw birds checking it out after it had been there a few days, so I wouldn't be surprised to find a nest as her 'hair' next spring instead! (And I'd love that.)

I accidentally bought the wall mounted version when I wanted the stand alone version and had planned on returning it, but when it came I was so pleased that it was way bettered then pictured here that I’m going to just keep it since the other versions cost 10-20 dollars more and I’m quite happy with this one. The planter is more of a cement light grey color rather then white. Looks more natural. Amazon needs a better photo of this product. Looks nice as is but I plan on planting some succulents in it.

Sadly, this purchase has been a "bust". I ordered and received the free-standing head not the wall-mounted as described in the product description so I set up a return/replacement for that one and reordered hoping to get the correct wall-mounted head. The seller was responsive and assured me that this product listing was for a wall-mounted head. But Amazon is shipping this product and not the seller and both boxes I received were incorrectly labeled as wall-mounted the when the product inside was actually the free-standing version.Replacement arrived today. Again, box is labeled "wall-mounted" but the actual item inside is not wall mounted but free standing. And this time I had the added annoyance of the bust being completely shattered.So, I give up and give this product one star because it's mislabeled and not the product shown. Might be different in a different location but it appears that the boxes my Amazon distribution center received are incorrect and one out of two were shattered.

Super beautiful, the coloration of the stone is just gorgeous. I bought this not realizing it was actually stone, it weighs more than my house cat. I wanted it for an interior but it's just too heavy I think, the neck is also round so it can't be sat on a surface like a vase

Quality product that displaysl;beautifully as an accent. I keep mine near my pool, where water reflects on their faces for a very nice display. Store inside for the winter though if your living in cold climate like Manitoba.

These planter heads are beautiful! I gifted one to my mom for mother’s day, and she loves it. My sister also wants one now, so I am purchasing another. They are heavy duty cement, with a nice white matte finish. I plan on purchasing a few for myself now. They are very classic and beautiful.

Hubby was able to add a hole in the back near bottom using a masonary bit. This is concrete and heavy. It's gorgeous in person. Detailed face. Just lovely! Would buy again in a heartbeat and def give as a gift.
