I read this over the weekend, and it was a fun and interesting read. It covered a broad range of topics to help with thinking clearer, quickly, and more effectively. I deal with anxiety, and this book gave me some ideas to try and help with that, so I'm able to concentrate more and think clearer. There was a lot of guidelines that were really great that I never thought to try before, that I'm going to try to follow for a while to improve myself. So far the guidelines and tips have been working great, and already today I feel better by following them.I felt this book gave just the right amount of information as well, and didn't go off on things that had nothing to do with the subject like some mental agility/health books tend to do. I personally think everyone could benefit from reading this. Would highly recommend, and plan on getting this for my fiance as well while he is traveling.

I thought it was a fairly good read. Of course I gave not read to many of Mr. King’s books.

I appreciated the latticework of model to approach situations more smarter as per Charlie Munger’s models.I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a mind makeover to approaching future situations more smartly.The book will help the reader discover a toolkit to help in unlocking their creativity, critical and smart thinking to realize their full potential.

The author gives several methods on ways to come up with a better end result in thinking through situations rather than immediate thoughts that work as temporary solutions for long time problems.

Too simple and high level. Didn’t learn a lot. Just high level theories. At least well structured. Can’t recommend the book

Learned something. Some ideas are "old hat" to me but others are new and refreshing. However, it would have been better if the author had cited many examples of real people using techniques alluded in the book. This is just my thought.

Must read if you want to understand how the brain works and how people react it teaches all the basic concepts of the brain
