Good value for the money
I got 15 pieces. I know that they aren't rubies, but they are nice to look at. A nice price.

Gorgeous but I thought they would be bigger
When you see the picture with them being held by forceps, take that very literally. These are small, however they are gorgeous and in perfect condition.

are they real "ruby" or at least real "gemstone?" I wish to find out
They look perfect, all identical, and no any defects under 30x magnification. This worries me, it is like too perfect for being natural, yet not a proof. They do not luminescence under UV (negative UV test is not a proof of being not-a-ruby either). On the other hand they easily scratch the hardest types of glass. This eliminates garnet, suggested by many, as the hardest types of garnet are not used for jewelry, and even them are practically equal to the very hard glass I tested on. Some tell they are not as cold as ruby would be - I have a ring with a synthetic ruby, compared, they fill exactly the same. Color is less intense than in my old ring, yet synthetic rubies can be created with various color intensity. The shine looks very similar to my known ruby. If they were synthetic rubies I would still be happy, yet do not know how to check this. Any idea?Already for long time in Q&A and comments people ask are these stones real. I am surprised that Amazon has not gave us an answer yet- either support in Q&A that the product is genuine, or stop the seller from advertising it as the real ruby gemstones. Please provide the buyers with some info. I do not care as much about the rubies, yet if this seller is allowed to advertise against facts for a long time, it destroys my trust in any other product sold by Amazon. I buy from Amazon almost everything and now: how do I know that leather is leather, that a cashmere sweater is not a synthetic one, that a can soled as non BPA, organic is what they claim? I am not able to test everything at home, yet think - if this is false what else on Amazon is false. For food, supplements, the consequence of false advertisement would be much worse than for jewelry. Is Amazon checking the claims? I was sure it was as any big responsible seller would check, yet these rubes made me suddenly question everything.

Tho these r pretty, they r not red as pic showed, I got all very orange gems!!
Pretty let down. I am all for lab grown gems, totally!! However, mine arrived today and r very orange, I'm not sure how red appeared on the ad page cuz 1 couldn't make red orange if 1 tried, especially with brite lighting!! Tho these r lovely, they r small and orange, not red and the size of a 1 ct which is what the measurements r of what was quoted. I waited too long to get these so not returning them. I make jewelry so will sell these as stud earrings with stainless steel studs. But....I am hugely let down!!!!

Worth the price!
The cut is very good. Shape is even. Clarity is outstanding. Color is consistent and all stones I received are the same shade of medium-deep red. Looked carefully at each stone under a 30x and observed zero scratches, scuff marks or blemishes. I am very satisfied with this purchase.Having said that... the stones are not 100% perfect but they are still well worth the price. Some of the stones had very slightly uneven girdles, and some of the stones had smaller tables than the others... but none of these imperfections stood out to the naked eye.

LOVE IT!
Thought they would be darker but understand stones can vary in color. Love them just the same.

Awesome Gems
There was no way that a photo does these gems justice. Having them in hand and watching the sparkle is amazing. The seller offered 10 pieces and I actually received 15. Thanks Ximimart!
