Received no email requesting my Service Tag
Had to call once I received the blank USB drive. Emailed the gentleman on the enclosed piece of paper, and he had the license to me within 15 minutes.

It worked!
At the time of this review this license is half the price for what it would cost you to buy from DELL! After I purchased the license Aventis called me and I gave them my servers server code and then later that day I was e-mailed the XML license key. If you are looking for an IDRAC license this is by far the best deal you're ever gonna find.

Took a little bit to get the license but all was good and worked as expected! So much less expensive than other methods of purchase!
