Worst Product
This product, which I had been eagerly awaiting, has proven to be of very poor quality. It is unable to maintain hot or cold temperatures for not more than an hour. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product.

Cleaning the thermos
Cleaning the lid is very difficult and eventually the inner portion gathers the remnants of tea or whatever that is stored in itCleaning the gasket is tedious

10/10 overall great product!
Keeps the liquid hot for around 16 hours. Even after 24 hours the liquid is warm. The flask has a double layered metal wall thus giving it ample thickness. It is not heavy at all and is easily lifted even after it it filled. Ease of pouring out the liquid is also good as they have provided with a button so there is no need to open the flask. Great value for money!

The look, finishing and build quality is all good. The only thing is it's price which is a bit on the higher side.

Keeps tea hot inside
My family is using this everyday to keep tea in morning & evening. The quality is very good & it is serving the purpose of keeping the tea hot for even 1 hour. It is little difficult to use at start but once you know it then it is best. Sometimes difficult to clean when tea gets stuck in the crevices of the lid
