Good book overall with great pointers for development. However there are some quite obvious inconsistencies like the SWOT analysis template, the glasses are in the weakness but then in the opportunity table on the next page. Then there are some careless spelling mistakes like metaphor being I correctly spelled. But then again doesn’t make a difference on what they’re trying to get across, just distracting.
