This is a beautiful, simple and elegant light shade that has a quality material look ( I bought the Modern Waterfall Design). Firstly, it is small, just enough to go slightly below the light bulb, but that is exactly what I was looking for. Make sure you check the description as it has the exact size and the gallery photos are accurate. It arrived in a sturdy small box, which kept it safe and makes for brilliant storage if needed as it takes very little space for a light shade (the box size fits the ring around it).I was looking for something that lets all the light through and that doesn't project any shades or shapes on the walls or ceiling. And it does just that.The package includes a reducer ring which made it fit perfectly onto the standard base. All I had to do was unpack, remove the light bulb and unscrew the base - very easy to install.I am very happy with the purchase and I would confidently buy again. I also think that the £14 price tag is reasonable for the light shade.I hope my review helps you make up your mind, whatever choice you make :)
