Nice smooth prolonged caffeine boost with no jangle. Two or three once or twice a day gives me ample energy to keep me moving.These do not cause my heart to race, I don't get cranky and I have no problem falling asleep in the evening.I tried the W-Mart Equate tablets but they are grossly inferior.
