Perfect tool for Abelskivers
I wish I'd had these for my old pan. I ruined the finish on my old pan trying to make do without these. These are totally necessary to save your pan's finish, and accomplish the task at hand.

Yes, one could use a fork to turn the Danish goodie but these will be a nice touch for a gift to go with the pan. Well made. Arrived quickly.

Great Wooden tools
These are very helpful tools to make Ebelskivers. They are light and easy to manipulate. I tried to use other tools to make them, but they are awkward. These really help the turning process. They are wooden, so you will need to keep them oiled. They clean up easily. Love these.
