Contacted the seller via live chat and received first class service. I bought cartridges from Smart Ink almost 6 months ago and one of them stopped working. I contacted the company and within 10 minutes I received a reply from Alice. I explained the problem and it was decided the cartridge could not be revived so Alice arranged a replacement to be sent to me the same day. The replacement works flawlessly.Overall I would definitely buy from Smart Ink again as they lived up to their product guarantee and without any hassle I received a replacement in the quickest possible time. Today I had need to contact Smart Ink’s customer care online help centre. This was speedy, easy and the help assistant Alice resolved my issue promptly and efficiently. Extremely courteous assistant and all my issues are now resolved.

The blank ink cartridge worked fine when first installed, but when used for the third time, the printer suddenly stopped recognising the cartridge after printing the second page. I followed the instructions in the packaging for when there are issues with the cartridges being recognised, however, this did not work either.I then tried contacting customer service (using the QR code inside the packaging) and was quickly connected to a representative through chat. After checking basic information, such as the Amazon order number and printer/cartridge model, and once I confirmed that the advised procedures did not work (e.g., carefully wiping the cartridge chip with a lint-free cloth), the representative proceeded to send me a new replacement straight away. They put the order through in a matter of seconds for delivery the next day, which really did arrive in less than 24 hours since I contacted customer service. The customer service was excellent and made me confident that if there are any other issues in the future, it would be resolved quickly with no additional cost.The replacement ink cartridge is currently working perfectly.

Echt superschnelle Bearbeitung meines Problems. Toller Support ;)Nachdem wir gemeinsam einige Schritte am Drucker versucht haben und es leider nicht funktionierte, wurde mir sofort ein Ersatz versprochen. Der auch super schnell geliefert wurde, echt klasse Service !!!

De cartridge wordt herkent (wat niet altijd is bij niet originele vullingen).Nadien een test gedaan: de foto kwam uit de printer met een erg lelijke kleur.Nadien heb ik een test pagina geprint en daar zag ik dat het geel niet geel erg donker en groenig was, wat de oorzaak is van de lelijke kleuren.Indien je enkel tekst print met verschillende kleuren kan het nog bruikbaar zijn
