Great quality for MFR
I loved these balls for myofacial release. I even ordered a second set so I could have two balls of the same density (hard or soft) when doing something bilaterally like massaging the spine. Only thing that would’ve made them better is if the bag was a little bit bigger.

Pretty and great for massage
I actually really like these! Ultimately a lacrosse ball is a lacrosse ball for the most part when it comes to massage, these ones are really pretty. They have the bounce and texture of a standard lacrosse ball, and a little bit of stick to it, which helps so that they are not rolling right out from under you like other types of massage Tools that you can use. Overall would recommend 100%.

Great for therapy
These three are perfect. I’ve been using them in physical therapy for a separated rotator cuff… three balls different sizes is perfect. If you have trouble keeping them in the position you want, throw one into a long sock. Great quality.
