Yes, it does relieve pain!
Purchased for my wife who has permanent pain in her neck & shoulder from a car accident years ago and it works really well for her.Yesterday I fell & reached out to stop myself, I've pulled the muscles in my neck, shoulder, chest & back. The pen works really well and is lessening the pain significantly, it is important to note that the pain is not gone completely so if that's what you are after then this may not be for you, but it works well enough for me to not notice the injury until I try to extend my arm fully in front of me.I can thoroughly recommend this technology.

Pain has eased
For me the charge is quite painful. However, overall my thumb is easier to move than before I used Paingone Plus.
