Perfect Work Out Routine Multitasker
Very sturdy and ready to use except putting on the hand grips with the pre-installed straps. I like that idea because as the user guide shows the straps could be mounted to a door or other solid object. Changing the intensity level is simple and quick. The unit is low enough to fit under a bed and does not take up much space.

Makes Crunches Easier
Definitely helps with crunches but puts a bit of an ache in my back, hopefully, as I get more fit that subsides. You can do multiple exercises with it, which makes it perfect for a small space house. If only it could have a personal motivation device for me also.

This is a great tool for people who haven’t exercised in a while or do just light weights. By following the provided instructions, it does some amazing things. I have told so many people about this, including my doctor.

Broke after a month
It's a decent product and loved it when I could use it, but the spring broke after about a month. Was highly disappointed in that, but I wouldn't say not to buy it. Just have to be careful not to overuse or put too much weight on it

BEWARE PAPER THIN METAL DONT BUY
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY! I only had this thing for a month. Rarely used it and the metal is torn up. I’m only 135 pounds. I was wondering why the bars were uneven so. I unscrewed the red pieces. Look what I see the paper thin metal torn up. I’m beyond pissed. For how much it cost. The audacity to use thin I mean thin metal. That tears easily
