Recently discovered ponzu sauce at a sushi place and fell in love. Tried to find a good quality brand to buy online. Bought this and love it. It's fresh, tasty, not too overwhelming, and really adds a lot to my homemade sushi. I also put it on fish and it's just fantastic. Highly recommended

I have tried so many salad dressing and ended-up this product. Non oily with umami taste, good with any kind of vegetable. If you are the kind prefer non-oily salad dressing, you should try this.

Amazon's web page for this product Does Not Show the Ingredients. The label on the bottle received admits to sodium benzoate -- the second item after soy sauce, i.e., more than any other ingredient -- and smaller amounts of three other preservatives, plus MSG. It was only by good luck that This part of the label is readable; almost all the rest was unavoidably destroyed in peeling off the adhesive bubble wrap. I love this with seared Tuna and sushi.... Its a little pricey I use to be able to get a different brand in the grocery store for under $5 but they stopped selling it. But ya gotta do what ya gotta doespecially when you have a foodie for a husband.
