Glue was only “problem”
This insert had a lot of hot glue strands wrapping the otherwise good quality insert. After I pulled all the strands off I rinsed it off and put it in my ball python’s tank. She quickly took to it and has been wrapping all around it. Holds a 2 1/2 ft ball python well. Good packaging and on time delivery. Overall good product.

Broken but seems to be good quality otherwise
Good quality however when I received this item it was broken. The base was broken from the branches. I am tempted to send it back but worry it will show up broken again so I am contemplating trying hot glue.

Only issue is really sharp edges/tips. Sanded them down and it was perfect for my leopard geckos.

Looks cool but suction cup is a no go
I’m not sure why but I thought it would be a little bit bigger. But that’s OK. It’s definitely a lot heavier than I expected. In the end my only complaint is about the suction cup. I read other reviews talking about how the suction cup was amazing and held on really good. But mine will not stick to the glass! I even tried adding just a small amount of water between the suction cup and the glass and it still won’t suction. I had to duct tape it to the glass because I’m afraid if I don’t, the weight of it is going to crush my snake if it falls. Not sure if I can just go buy a new suction cup and attach it. But I am a little annoyed that I spent $30 on something that I had to duct tape to the tank...
