Dog's Second Best Friend Fire Hydrant Statue 17" By EST

Our german shepherd likes to lift his leg on all our walls and porch so we thought maybe if we had this it'll do the trick to keep him going in one spot. The size is nice and the quality is amazing! The shipping was great as well and fragile was posted on the box. I really appreciate when time is taken to ship an item safely! Only time will tell if he'll use it but I'm loving it just for the look of it! The paint job looks amazing just like a real hydrant!

I purchased this fire hydrant as something we could put out on our side yard where my husband put some artificial turf in a house we go to part time. Our dog hasn't gotten the hang of it yet, but it is so cute back there, and is a conversation piece. What dog owner purchased a fake fire hydrant to entice their dog to go potty in a artificial grass area? I guess I do. It was too cute to pass up, and definitely was nice and what I expected after reading all the reviews on this and other ones. Perfect!

Great seller arrived on time as promised. Giving 4 stars because I can't get my dog to pee on it which was the purpose of me buying it..but it's adorable and looks great in my yard.

I was excited to receive the fire hydrant for my puppy and I actually bought a spray to entice the puppy to go on the fire hydrant but all he did was lick it off. He never did go on the hydrant but it did look good in the yard until the wind blew it down and it broke. I did not know this item was so fragile.

This red hydrant looks cute in the pine area of our back yard, but my dogs haven't used it yet. I might have to follow some suggestions made by other purchasers.

Not happy at all with it.. wasted my money. I have tried many different ways to attract my German Shepherd and English pointer to it with no luck :(

This cool looking fire hydrant was purchased to liven up my 3 month old German Shepherd potty area. Holds up great, color still retains even if it takes a beating for the hot sun, sprinklers have hit it and it still looks fantastic. Most of all my puppy has taken a liking and potty's next to it keeping the toilet area contained. Be patient and praise your dog.

It didn't work for us but I'm sure if you have a "normal" dog, it would. We are trying to train our rescue dog as a service dog and he needs to pee on command for air travel. It's not going well. LOL
