This is a great grater for garlic. I like to use this for garlic oil for bread dipping. The grating of the garlic majes the strong taste of garlic pop. Easy to clean with war soap and water. Perfect size for 2 people to enjoy garlic oil dining bread.

Very nice and it works. I use a fork on my garlic to keep my fingers from hitting the built in grates. It's different for sure.

My husband loves his garlic & oil! This is his favorite gift ever. The plate has spikes in the middle to help grate up the garlic & then he pours his oil & balsamic vinegar right onto the plate. Then he takes bread & dips it. The bread picks everything up but the brush is nice to help clean. The garlic peeler works great as well

Small plate but the price is still fair. Bought it for garlic and roots - use it mostly for ginger and on a regular basis. Good Deal!
