We have these delivered every three months which is great and one thing less to have to bother about. Cannot comment on the effectiveness or otherwise of the drugs as no changes have been noticed to date.

I've been taking these for a month now and I am happy with them, I feel my skin is brighter not as spotty...As well, my knee pain improved. I will continue to use them

too soon to say only just got them, but arrived quickly and easy to swallow and no after taste. For the rest if they actually do something time will tell.

I do not see a difference yet but I still take them. I am patient. I do not feel any taste or something. Anyway, some collagen is always welcome for a woman.

This is my second purchase. I’ve been suffering with knee pain this has definitely helped. No more pain! Haven’t noticed any other miraculous benefits that it collagen claims. But it’s good stuff

I've been taking collagen supplements for quite some time now and through experience prefer complexes/those like these ones, as instead of being just a collagen supplement this is a collagen complex supplement so is mixed with a multi-vitamin aimed at supporting skin health as it also includes HA and vitamins C & E as well as the marine collagen. I first started supplementing with collagen a year or so ago in the hope it would help keep some firmness to my skin and I've always kept up with taking them (in both tablet and powder form) as I do believe they help. I appreciate it's difficult to attribute exactly how much as I do engage in a lot of health & beauty processes to build muscle and healthy fats and fight the signs of aging with plumper skin, but it's something I stick with.Be sure to do thorough research to decide if these are for you or not, but if like me you already know the benefits of collagen supplements as well as the benefits of HA and vitamin C & E and that they are right for you then these are a good choice and will last around a month if you stick to the recommended 2 a day, so not bad value at all for a collagen supplement like this.
