Absolute game changer. I have been lifting weights for over 12 years now and I have experimented many times with supplements until I stopped all of them for years now. Recently I thought about trying electrolytes to add to my water since my workout are quite vigorous and I sweat a whole lot. Since adding this to my water and drinking while working out I have felt much less fatigued and recover faster after. It gives me just a little extra help especially in those heavy leg days. I chose the orange flavor and it’s delicious and not too overwhelming. I add it to about 18-20 oz of water which is gone by the end of my workout. I highly recommend this product.

Wow! Fantastic! Great for electrolyte replenishment, great flavor and great price, I use this for my longer rides or my mid range rides when it's really hot and humid. Don't overdose it or you'll get an upset stomach, a scoop per 20 oz is plenty for me, but you'll have to experiment for your sweet spot.

One of the few hydration drink mixes I can tolerate out on a run - the lemon/lime is not too sweet or over-flavored. I have a sensitive gut and have tried several drinks and gels without much luck - Skratch has become my go-to drink as it has yet to cause me any stomach problems when I am out on the trails. Some other brands have higher concentrations of electrolytes, but even adding some additional mix to boost the concentration does not alter the drinkability significantly. It mixes well and completely when I use it on a run in my running flask, though if I mix a glass to drink immediately, the last mouthful will be concentrated with salt.

It's fine... a bit weak, even if you pile it on. The last sip is not that great either. I think I prefer the Lemon lime (GOAT as of now) but I'll still use it.
