Woman WithinWomen's Plus Size 7-Day Denim Capri

About a month ago I bought my 4th pair of Woman Within Women's capris. I have really enjoyed my other three pair and thought I would add a denim color blue I was missing. I was so disappointed when I received my latest order the materiel is not the denim we all know. It is almost like a linin denim, light weight and the material is not very sturdy. I thought I would give them a chance but I have to say I am still very disappointed with my purchase. If you are looking for something light weight and I'm sure not very durable I say go for it. But if you are looking for the typical things you do in denim, yard work, horse riding, cleaning, camping, you will probably be disappointed too!

I purchased these to wear as part of my uniform for a seasonal/summer job. The are a bit too long for capris--I'm 5'4". They actually hit right at my ankles rather than right below my calves. There are no belt loops, so when I wear the required belt, it just looks awkward and the waist slips below the belt when I sit or lean over. I have a pear shape. They are a bit snug through the hips, but fit the waist. I kept them because I needed something and can probably wear them later with the shirt untucked. Not happy, but not unhappy. Would probably not purchase again.

The denim is very thick old school denim. Which I happen to like. It all so includes the mommy tourniquet waistband. Which I do NOT like. I'm built along the old hourglass figure. The sands have shifted in the Days of our lives and I also have a long torso. The entire time that they had low-rise to mid-rise jeans they would fit like normal pants on me. Buying petite pants will NOT solve your issues with waistbands that go all the way up underneath your armpits and can act as a flotation device in case of crash. While that might come in handy if you're on an airplane, it's not something comfortable to sit in for any length of time. So yes I was able to get them over the shifted sand aka junk in my trunk. Yes the pockets were long enough to hold on to all my items. No I didn't like the outcome . The pockets are ALSO made out of the exterior style denim....think very THICK 6 PLY Oxford Shirts stiff denim sticking outwards from your hips instead of the thin linen they use nowadays that lays much more flatteringly. So I washed them up in a lot of fabric softener and it DID help. BUT I STILL LOOK LIKE A FLOTATION DEVICE....

Order received early, good quality product, we bought 3 fir my mom and all fit great and washed well.

The sizing runs a little small.

Fits well, looks nice and is made with quality denim.

Fabric, after washing is softer. Pants are heavy (weight), but not so much that I can't carry them around. All together a good buy.

So it depends on your shape. These are very roomy in the backside. Other than that they look great and are made well.
