Personally I am sure tennis shoes are ridiculously priced. My $30 tennis shoes are just fine. However, I am 68 years old and not into brand name items. However, my son is 15 and he has to be the school fashion guru. He has at least 10 pairs of shoes with the shoe box on his wall and when he wears a pair he will clean them before he hangs them up. His shoe collection cost about the same price as my 69 Mach I. You tell me - how ridiculous is that? I must say we are parents that believe we brought him into the world and if it’s in our power we will get him (and his sister) what he wants. In any case he was quite happy with the shoes.
