OutreMelted Hairline Lace Front Wig KAMIYAH (1B Off Black)

I've been using the Outre Melted Hairline Lace Front Wig KAMIYAH (1B Off Black) as a pop-and-go wig for work, and overall it's a high-quality piece with a few drawbacks.The hair is very soft, looks incredibly realistic, and has a high density that gives it a full appearance. I was able to flat iron and curl it without any issues, which added to its versatility.However, it does start to tangle a bit toward the end of the day, and the density, while impressive, makes it feel heavier than I prefer. The cap is also a bit too large for my head, though I sewed on combs to help it fit better. Despite those minor issues, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a full, natural-looking wig that can handle heat styling.

Wig is so great! Easy install and the hair is super soft. I love the curtain bang look and this just deliveredddd hun! I will say that the softness and ~easy to detangle~ quality only lasted for the first 10-14 days. Ever since she hasn’t been the freshest quality, and has gotten tangle-y very quickly, but what else would you expect from a wig that’s $40!Considering the price, this is a perfect soft, it-girl curtain bang wig!

I've ordered this wig several times because it's a beautiful wig straight it the box. It's beautifully layered and thick. Just know it doesn't take long to stiffen & tangle. It's here for a good time not a long time.

Came nicely pre plucked (although I did pluck a little extra) good layers and the lace was easy to melt. I didn’t get much shedding but I did get some tangles. Parting space was good. Wasn’t too shiny.

Terrible wig. This is my second time getting this wig and it’s worst than the first time I got it. The first time I got it was a while after it had came out. I got it from another online beauty supply store. A few tracks in the wig were showing at the top. Although I was disappointed, I loved the texture because it looked kinky straight hair. So I decided to just wear it with a beanie. I decided to give it another try. This time the wig looks NOTHING like the first time I got it. It’s almost like it’s another wig. It’s very silky and shiny. And the wig is soooo thin in the back. You can see the tracks and wig cap. I’ve tried styling it, but nothing seems to work. I’m not sure if i can even wear it. I have no idea why this wig is so bad. I wish I could get a refund.

I want to love this wig as much as all the reviews but it doesn't last long at all. I wear a lot of synthetic wigs and I can typically get a good two weeks before things start looking raggedy. This wig is gorgeous the first day. Swings and flows freely. The color is perfect but it tangles up really quickly. You can finger detangle at first but by the 3rd wear you'll need a detangle brush and some water or wig spray. And then it starts to look and feel very stiff like straw, which for me is when I toss it but 3 days is not long enough to get my money's worth IMO. Also different colors performed different. 1b definitely lasts longer but the ginger and blonde ones go stiff and tangled very quickly. If I could find a human hair equivalent, this would be a go to look.

This wig is so vibrant and gorgeous. Beautiful hairline and lace! I feel like I got my value for the price :)

I come from a cosplay background, so most synthetic wigs I'm used to are very thick and very plastic-y feeling. Usually, those kind of wigs don't flow a certain way at all, and they're obviously wigs. This is my first time trying out a lace front from a brand like Outre, and I was shocked at how the wig was not shiny at all. The texture feels more like hair, and I can run my hands through it as if it's my own hair.I know Outre is known for their small wig caps, which I felt for a bit, but when I undid the hooks inside the cap, it feels a lot nicer and not tight. For reference, my head circumference is 23 inches. My head definitely isn't super big, but the info on the listing says the circumference is 21.5 inches.This is really just a first impression, but I'm pretty impressed. My only complaint is that the front bang pieces are too long. I think that is mostly because I have a bit of a small face, so I will have to trim it.
