I will give a full review after I have had the chance to test out the chair. Upon first sit however, it is visually appealing, plush and mostly comfortable. Ergonomics are "OK-ish", the rocking is awkward as its still very stiff. I have hip issues and need a cushion that wont cause pressure points at the end of the day, so we will see how this goes.1/12/2023 - Pressure points are better. However Chair mechanics are so stiff I cannot lean back in it. (No the lock is not engaged) Makes it somewhat uncomfortable when I need to unwind for a minute. Ergonomics are still ok. It feels a little like the front of the chair is lower than the back so I have the sensation of slipping forward which is not great. I have adjusted it, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.01/19/2022 So I received an email from Hbada after my review, they are sending a new chair! They have gone above and beyond to try and help rectify my issues! Absolutely happy with their service! For this I have updated my review and the amount of stars if for nothing else that fact that they cared about my comfort.1/26/2023 I received my replacement chair and it functions great. I am cradled well in the seat and the mechanics are functioning the way they should. I have noticed a difference with my hip issue in the last few weeks even with the other chair that wasn't comfortable. I 100% recommend the seller and the chair is good quality. 5 Stars.03/06/2024 Update, I had a good year with this chair, unfortunately the chair won't stay raised anymore. A little disappointing. I was hoping to get a bit more out of it than 1 year, and sitting with my knees up just causes difficulty for my long days at work. Was pretty great for awhile though!

I bought this new computer chair for myself 2 months ago, and use it every day. Best computer chair I've ever had.It's a bit taller than my old chair and is able to sit straight (part of the reason I bought it - better for posture and support while typing) or adjust to lean back. The padding feels comfortable and supportive (as an average size woman — I imagine a heavier person could squish the padding on any chair more over time). I like that the arms are padded, and can stay horizontal or lift up.Assembly was pretty straight-forward. I was seriously weirdly impressed by the packaging with clear labels, instructions, and a couple of extra screws just in case. Really good job!I received no compensation or prompt to say this, I just appreciate a quality product.

For the money, I don't think I could have asked for much better. This chair is a great value, it feels sturdy and strong, and it's comfortable. At 6'1 and 300 lbs, I need a good-sized chair that doesn't feel like it's about to crumble beneath me, and I felt confident in this one from the moment that I started assembling the base. I just finished assembling it and have only been using it for about 20 minutes, so I may change this later if the chair starts to struggle, but it feels more solid than the last one that I built already.I'm deducting a star because it feels a bit wobbly, a feeling that is made worse when leaning back in it. Plus, the instructions aren't very helpful. However, the chair is so simple in its assembly, you probably won't really need them. I was done in 15 minutes after basically just abandoning the instructions.

TLDR Review: Nice, but not worth the priceIn Depth:Building - Received the chair, and when putting it together had to get another person to help, felt like we were about to break it building it. Insets that you screw the bolts into were a pain in the butt to screw together. My assistant said it looked like the threading had been damaged during production.Once the threading caught, it was easy enough to put together, everything is very straight forward.Comfort - Expected far more padding in the seat cushion, felt almost exactly the same as the 5 year old gaming chair it was replacing that had worn out all the cushioning. As a result, I am currently using a memory foam/gel cushion. It has now been about 2.5 months since purchase, and I'm already starting to see and feel cracks and holes forming in the leather. This is primarily from 8.5 hours of work from home usage per day. During the brief time where everything was functioning correctly it was extremely comfortable.All in all, not a bad chair, but not worth the $234 (after tax) that I paid for it.

I purchased this chair because im a bigger guy and needed someting that could support my weight 6ft 6 300lbs. I believe I purchased this Chair October 2023 not sure of the exact date but today 6/26/24 the right arm of the chair has broken and before I damage the chair completely I want to know if I can purchase a replacement. Outside of the broken arm the chair is magnificent. I have no other Issues with the product, build quality seems solid, but i think they should change it from plastic to metal or add some sort of metal support to the plastic. Thats it, thats all I have to say. ***UPDATE*** I contacted seller and advised what happened with the chair and they sent me a new chair to replace the defective unit. I already loved the chair and the customer service showed me they deserve it. They did not tell me to change the score to 5 stars I did that cause I believe they went above and beyond to make it right.

The materials on this chair are decent and the assembly was easy...15 mins or so, but the seat cushion isn't level. The left side of the chair is thinner than the right. I don't sit in it all day long, so it doesn't bother me all that much, but if you sit all day at a desk...this wouldn't be comfortable for 8-9 hours of work. I do really like the high back, and I'll call it comfortable...but it's not a work all day in chair. I'm still happy with the purchase at the price paid, but if you're one that has to sit in it all day long...might want to spend some more money.
