Doesn’t budge!
Bought this for my mum. So far she’s happy with the colour, says it seems to last on her and doesn’t smudge (normally her number one issue with eyeliner). Texture is nice and goes on easily. Great value for money compared to other makeup brands

Great eyeliner
Love this eyeliner, has become a staple in my make up routine.Goes on nicely, lasts all day and doesn’t run or smudge. Also lasts a very long time so don’t have to re purchase too often.

Worth a try
This came in one piece, something I was worried about after reading other reviews. I havent found it to be better or worse than any other eye liner though. Its a good intense black and lasts on thr top of thr eyes but not the bottoms, still smudges.

No budge retractable eyeliner
The e.l.f eyeliner I purchased in black was for my watery eyes that always ruin eyeliner. This was smudge resistant and soft application. While it worked I loved it. Unfortunately the twist up mechanism stopped working after a few weeks. I would try again

This was exactly what I was looking for: a product produced without unethical testing and nasty chemicals but best of all that is easy to use and actually stays put. And no messy sharpening pencils every five minutes. Recommended

Not as advertised
It says no budget, but it smudges everywhere. You can wipe it off with your finger. Would avoid.

great eyeliner for more sensitive skin
I'd never heard of elf cosmetics before, but glad I gave it a try. I have been trying many different eyeliners because my skin is sensitive & can get quickly irritated. This is the one that annoys my skin the least, so this is the one I'm sticking with! (the worst in case anyone's interested - boots no7!)
