Easy to use, no residual flavor
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect material to build elegant stacked food dishes. Just use the formula to calculate how long the acetate needs to be to make the particular circumference you want to achieve. C = Diameter x 3.14. We wanted 3 1/2" circles so we used 11 inch long strips an then taped them together. See the photo attached.These did not leave any flavor and the food separated easily from the acetate. If you like to create elegant dishes, this acetate roll is worth having in your pantry
