I just received this product and upon installing and testing it, it seems to have jammed fully extended with the door open. Any ideas on how to fix?
I have a v2010 on a security door and would like to replace it with this v2012. Would I be able to use the same screw holes?
How far out does the door open button protrude? I see that's an issue for some buyers as it doesn't fit between the doors.
Jamb bracket on existing emco door was 1 7/8. the wright is 1 5/8. would prefer the holes to line up and not drill new ones. any suggestions?
