Great light. The programming is easy once you figure it out. I purchased a second one and use two of these one my 125 gallon.

Is an amazing value! It provides bright, even lighting that really makes my fish and plants look vibrant. My aquatic plants have shown noticeable growth since switching to this light, and I love that it doesn’t overheat. Great value!
Have the 36" version of this light on my 36" 22g rimless. It is very bright, I am currently running it on 40% during the day and it is growing my plants very well. The controller is easy to use and program. I like how it has an adjustable sunset/sunrise feature; I have mine set to the max at 120 minutes and it's perfect. It's also nice to be able to adjust the brightness separately for both the blue and white/red lights.If I can get a couple of years out of it I would consider it well worth the price. Only time will tell, but as for right now this is an amazing light and a great value.UPDATE 11/2/2023Light is still working as good as day one. No problems at all. My plants are growing like weeds. If you are not pumping co2, this light is about as strong as you will need at only 50%-60% brightness on the settings (depending on tank depth/dimensions). So if you decide to go co2 you can easily ramp it up. Great light.

Streamlined design and amazing brightness
Upgraded from the standard hood light for my aquarium. Fits great and I love the slow 'wake up' and 'turn down' functions. So much nicer than jarring all my fish awake with a single switch.

Set up is a pain..
Quality of the light aside, the set up/programming of the light is awful. This is a shame, because a simpler set up would have produced 5 stars.

no built in timer
I put two 36 inch units on a 120 gallon six foot planted discus tank. They produce an adequate amount of light at a pleasant color. But a built in timer and transition to moonlight would be nice.
