Automatic lock stuck
The product is good, but the automatic (digital) lock stuck many times. with keys it working. just ok for my purpose

A good budget option which arrived on time and met expectations. It's a little more lightweight than I was expecting but when fixed to a wall will do the job.

Poor workmanship
Unfortunately, this item worked well for a couple of days and then the lock stopped working digitally. Is it possible to have it replaced or repaired?

Digital key not working
After 3 weeks , the digital keys are not working even with bringing new batteries. I have to use the keys only now to open and close it

Used at least 4 AA batteries a month and you need to do full reset every time you change batteries.
