Great supplement for assistance with mental focus and weight loss!
I have been taking three capsules daily -- two in the morning, one in early afternoon -- for about eight months now and it is the most helpful supplement I've ever tried for weight loss assistance without negative symptoms. I am an overweight, middle-aged woman. Working out or walking daily for exercise has been my routine. During the months I've been taking this supplement, I have lost weight at about 1 lb a week, which may sound slow but is MUCH better than the dragging results I was getting before of about 2 lbs a month. It also helps me with ADHD focus issues, and I have cut down on my caffeinated beverages since the caffeine in Burn MF is plenty enough. Highly recommended!
