Poor Customer Service
This seller sent me a product that does not work. The seller was then unable to send me the correct return label after many attempts. The seller has poor communication skills.

Pros and Cons
So this came with a US plug and adapter which blew my electricity so had to buy a transformer for it which was heavy and ugly to have on the worktop!It’s impossible to clean the inside and after a few months, I’ve had to throw it away as noticed the inside was full of rust ?!? No idea how or why and given Ninja is a good brand, I wonder whether this is a legit Ninja product! Ninja customer service confirmed this is 100% stainless steel so how can it rust?!?
