Title says it all. Good size for kerrygold style butter.

I bought this butter dish to replace one that I broke in a rented apartment. It’s the perfect size for a “European“ sized slab of butter. The top of the cover says “BUTTER”. Which cute (as long as you don’t want to use it fur cheese!) The top fits perfectly to the bottom. My only complaint is that the top, being tapered, is rather difficult to grip. Especially if your hands are not completely dry. A welcome change to the design would be a rougher texture on the sides of the lid, or possibly even indents for your fingers and thumb.

This is just what I wanted! Great value.

These are my favorite butter dishes, 1 pound of carry gold or two sticks of traditional butter fit perfectly. I like to slice it up all at one time, this is nice enough to put on the table.
