Best chestnut stuffing
This is such a versatile ingredient. Makes a great binding agent (and extra chestnut flavour) with whole chestnuts in stuffing. Also great in a chocolate chestnut cake. Great value multi pack.

Terrible
I bought this to make cakes but it's not puree. It's like a solid block. I tried to press it down with spoon and add a bit of water but not working. Still solid. Never ever buy this again. Taste disgusting too nothing like what I used to have before. So I had to bin them

Tasty chestnut puree
I use chestnut puree in vegan nut loaves and "sausage" rolls - all year round - and I find that chestnuts are only available in local shops around Christmas - this puree works very well

Very bland taste
I have tried whole ones, which have good flavour. This puree version (mixed with water), however, tastes bland. Wouldn't recommend!
