Wonderful Product
I absolutely love my Vortex! I can't believe I waited this long to order one. It's wonderful for wings but does equally well with any other meats I've cooked using it. It's also great for controlling the amount of charcoal being used to cook with so it will pay for itself in that regard in no time! Would highly recommend this product!

Works best with a Weber grill.
This is the best thing for cooking with indirect heat. Cooks the meat perfectly every time. Been using this product for some time and needed a new one. You won't be disappointed if you purchase.

Increased efficiency of cook
Own a weber grill and this is the ultimate accessory! Husband is pleased. Increased efficiency on our first test cook (Peruvian Chicken) which decreased cook time from 1 hour to 30 minutes for 10 lb Chicken while maintaining great flavor and color. Huge value over other name brand alternatives. Love supporting USA made products. Looking forward to using it with other recipes like pizza, wings, etc. Fit great.

A must have kettle cooker item
Cooks chicken legs and wings super hot and fast. Crispy skin and delicious flavor. Make all the rival dad's in the neighborhood jealous.

Works as described, but does not fit a Weber Summit Kamodo
Excellent chicken wings! Does not fit a Weber summit Grill, but for indirect use it performed as expected.

Been wanting and waiting….
Seeing people using this product for their Webers I have been patiently wanting and waiting for one to perfect my wing game. I cannot wait to use it to crisp my wings as advertised.Amazed at what the brochure indicates it can to for searing, roasting and smoking as well. The cooking styles are endless. Time to get SmoQued

Volcano in the Kettle
This thing lives in my 22" Weber Performer Kettle. I use the intense heat or small side up almost exclusively. I have several grills and smokers but after a few months with this the old Weber is my go to for steaks, chicken or anything you want cook indirectly in a circle around the heat source. It gets hot! Great to sear a steak and move to the side to finish indirectly. Chicken all the way around the outside of the ring or anything you else want to cook indirectly. If you are in a rush gas is the ticket but if you have time to heat charcoal this is a good choice. It seems a little pricey but I have had a lot of fires with it and it is holding up well.
