Achtung beim Kauf !
Toll gefällt mir ... habe es jedoch für 20 KG bestellt und eine 15 KG Gewichtsweste bekommen.Bitte nicht darauf hereinfallen es gibt 20 KG nicht ... die wollen bloß mehr Geld einsacken.Ansonsten hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben.

It's cross functional
It's a tad to heavy as a weighted vest for running in. However very versatile and if you like weight training , ideal forDeadlifts , Squats , Upright rows and bicep curls.
