good materials, email tech support
The unit is nice. the email address you are supposed to be able to email for tech support, i was trying to get data into Excel, never answered. They need a phone number to call, not something that says support in 24 hrs but never responds.

Good Product and Good Service
Very good service and good guidance while ordering what i wanted. Viscometer works fine and i can able to measure at different temperature ranges and able to control temperature ranges with temperature jacket.

Excelent Viscometer
Viene en una caja que protege el medidor y sus componentes, es fácil de usar y es un medidor preciso; viene con 4 diferentes rotores; opino que las tablas referenciales de viscosidad podrían venir plastificadas y no solo en papel

Great man for the job
What I like: first of all, it came well-packaged in a posh suitcase. This instantly made me feel like a scientist! The viscometer is easy to assemble and works just fine. I only miss the size 0 spindle which does not come with this particular model. It works noiselessly.What I don't like: No inbuilt timer.
