It produces some type of cream - but even at higher powder to water rations it never get really thick as fresh cream does. Suitable for travel, camping or other occasions where flavour and texture aren't your prime concern. The flavour is quite sweet with a note reminiscent of UHT milk.

Wonderful for anyone on Low Carb or Keto or Camping, etc. This is pure cream powder and stirs into hot coffee without lumps. Surprisingly easy to use directly so no need to make up with water unless you wish to do so. The company are very helpful and answer queries promptly.If I could give this product 10 stars, I would, but sadly 5 is the maximum allowed!Thank you for a fabulous product!!!

Not many high fat cream powders out there, this is great for keto, quite expensive but then again you don't have too many things you can use that can keep for a while without having to finish the lot before expiry

Was not sure what to expect , but this creamy powder is better than what I expected...The taste is lovely , and I only use one teaspoon ( Heaped ) and my coffee is perfect...I am type 2 diabetic , and eating Keto , so this suits me just fine...

Finally the Elusive Powdered Double Cream that's all but impossible to import from the USA as it is classified as a product of an endangered species and banned under legislation would love to find the person who thinks cows are an endangered species !!! :-)Product is a excellent for making chocolate, baking into cakes and cookies etc.Brilliantly versatile and this supplier is holding the product at a reasonable price for what it is.

Tastes nothing like cream in coffee. Stirs in OK. I guess it might be a matter of taste. Will try it rehydrated in potato, with possibly better results. Certainly won’t buy it again.

This product is amazing for many things but if you follow a Ketogenic/Low carb lifestyle like myself it is essential. I am using it for coffee,eggs and other dishes whenever it required milk or dairy products.

Brilliant for long storage or for handiness if you need some cream in a hurry and have none at home.
