They are super cute and my kid who needs to be the most center-stage of all her dance classes is thrilled by the quality and design. However, she's a thin, pre-pubescent tween and the only way these fit her is in length. Baggy around her middle, loose on her legs. Perfect length.

My daughter loves these leggings! The fabric is stretchy but thick enough so that it’s not see through anywhere. We’ve washed them a few times and the color has now faded yet. They are a good value, in my opinion.

The leggins are cute and made of a nice material, however, the size chart is inaccurate. I assume that the numbers are in inches since it doesn't say it's centimeters. The chart says for size 9-10, the inseam length is 25.59; however they are actually only 24 inches long. They are too short and I need to return them.
