The quality of the print is exceptional. The weight and general appearance of the cartridges are equal to the original OEM. Only noticeable difference was in a “thud” noise when printing starts. I’ve made about 50 prints, all of the highest quality. Took the old cartridges to Staples and they gave me points for them. A win, win! Packaging was protective and easy to reuse for transportation of old cartridges. I’m usually not good at recycling, this company makes it easy. I saved the receipt on my phone and Amazon keeps a record. Contacted company about noise, they responded well, and informed me of my 2 year warranty with the product. GREAT! Very happy.

This was a good purchase! I had read the reviews about the quality of customer care and that said a lot! Turned out that I did have a problem with my magenta cartridge. So I emailed customer support, sending them an image of the printers quality print in the report menu. Three days later, lightning fast, I had a new cartridge. All is well! Kudos for superior customer support!

Good quality and was delivered on time.

Received and installed a 4 pack of color toner cartridges (201X). Immediately noticed a small streaking and offset print of the blue (cyan) cartridge. Contacted customer service and they promptly sent a video on how to correct the offset issue. Although the video was for a different printer and my menus did not have the option they suggested, I did assess the "Calibration" option was similar. Therefore I performed a manual calibration. Even though this calibration ran every time I reseated the cartridges, this manual running of it must have been different because it fixed my issue. Print quality remains crisp and clear. I was informed by customer service that these cartridges have a 2 year warranty and to contact them for refund/replacement should the problem(s) resurface. Overall, happy with my purchase and especially the price and print quality.

Ther replaced the ink toner when it started to run almost a year into the purchase. Appreciate the customer support.
