Great Cube's with a Great Price!
Recently my family has learned how to solve the 3x3 Rubik's cube. I moved on to the 4x4 and was looking for a 5x5 to get into. This was perfect for me as it provided a speed cube 4x4 and the 5x5 for a great price. Easy to use with and adjustable smoothness on each cube. The size and weight is perfect and fits nicely in your hands. And now with an additional 3x3 my family has fun racing each other to see who can finish first. Great price for this set and it brings loads of fun for the family. Also these cubes are better than an fidget spinner for those who need to fidget.

Very good bundle for the price; Plastic feels cheaper the smaller you go
I bought this a little bit ago because I needed both a new 3x3 and a 4x4, along with a 5x5. I decided to get this bundle because of the number of cubes for the relatively low price.Right out of the box, all 4 cubes turned well, though they were inconsistently tensioned. I ended up tightening up the 3x3 a little bit, and set all the tensions on the other cubes to be the same, except for the 5x5, which I'll get to later. I also applied some silicone lubricant to all 4 of the cubes, which really helped their turning quality.2x2:The 2x2 feels by far the cheapest of the bunch. Comparing the 2x2's plastic to the other cubes, you can fairly clearly see that the larger cubes have glossier outer plastic. The 2x2 definitely feels rougher to the touch compared to, say, the 5x5. It also feels rather dense. The center tension screw is almost not accessible, though a small screwdriver should be able to get in between the pieces.3x3:Out of the box, the tensioning was a bit loose and felt like the cube was going to pop apart if I turned it too fast. After some fiddling with the tension screws, I got it to a place that I liked it. Prying open the center caps to get to the screws was a little difficult since you need to get something flat underneath the corner of the center to get the cap up.4x4:The screws are hidden under the 4 center caps, which are fairly difficult to get off. You need to pull the caps up vertically, with 2 fingers on opposite corners prying, instead of needing a single finger. Because there are now 4 caps per face, it takes 24 caps and a while to remove all the caps to change the tensioning. The caps also are very strongly friction-fitted into their slots, which makes it difficult. The turning quality is pretty good, but not as good as the 3x3 or 5x5. The tensioning screws themselves are somewhat difficult to adjust. Out of the 4 cubes, the 4x4 is the one that locks the most.5x5:By default, the 5x5 is pretty well-tensioned and turns great right out of the box. However, it gets locked up sometimes, mostly with the inner layers catching on themselves. The surface of the cube is noticeably glossier than the 2x2 and 3x3. As for tensioning, I do not know if there is a way to adjust it for the 5x5, even though the other 3 cubes are adjustable. I've tried to pry off the center caps like the 3x3, but I can't seem to find a seam that I can pivot off of.Final Thoughts:This pack is VERY good for the price, and fairly high quality. The 4x4 does lock up frequently, the 2x2 feels rather cheap, the 5x5's tensioning doesn't seem to be adjustable. Do buy this if you're looking for a bunch of cubes for a reasonably cheap price.

Better than the original
Quick delivery. Cubes are much easier to turn than the original Rubin’s cube.

Really nice for casual cubers.
I am not a speed solver, I only solve casually as a de-stressing activity, so keep that in mind when reading. I bought this set mainly for the 4x4 because my other two 4x4s are Rubik's brand and are pretty stiff. I'm very happy with this set. They turn incredibly smoothly and don't tend to lock up. I like that the plastic itself is colored so you don't have to worry about stickers peeling off. Other reviewers commented that they came scuffed, or that the plastic feels cheap, but I don't think so at all. The 2x2 and 3x3 feel incredibly smooth and cut corners really well. The 4x4 and 5x5 feel a tiny bit stiffer. They all have adjustment screws, so I'm sure you could loosen them up a bit, but I don't mind since I'm not trying to speed solve. They all feel light years better than Rubik's brand cubes, especially the 4x4 which is very impressive. I'm sure if you twisted them hard enough the wrong way you could pop them, but that's a problem with any cube. They aren't as good as V-Cubes, but for such a low price I'm really impressed.

Very good cubes but do require retensioning the screws! And wiping of the manufactaring grit and dirt.
[Update after four months of use] : I increased my review from 4 stars to 5 starts. After some use the surfaces get polished by use in your hand, any scuff marks from factor become very difficult to notice, unless inspected up close. So not an issue for me at all after using them. The company logo sticker if it was off placed as one reviewer says, is not an issue either. Because the logo sticker comes off as well from use and doesn't leave a residue. Once each screw in the middle is adjusted for your liking, all of the cubes turn very nicely in the hand. I do like these! I am not a speed cuber, just like to solve them myself, look for new combinations etc. Below is my original review:These are good cubes, but from factory they are not tensioned correctly. In my case 2x2 was way loose, almost corners falling off when I pulled on them. Others were also on the very loose side to the point if pushed hard to turn in a not well aligned way, parts would pop out. Which some of the reviewers reported as to what happened. Some reviewers here report some of the cubes were very hard to turn, same problem. The tensioning is not done right from factory. But these are easy to remedy. The 2x2 and 4x4 have tensioning screws on the center of the cube faces, visible. 3x3 and 5x5 have the tensioning screws under a cap at each center piece of a face.I adjusted each cube with these screws to my liking, and added some silicon grease, result very good moving cubes!Interestingly some cubes screws had some kind of "Loctite" glue added to their threads so that they wouldn't come loose. So manufacturer had been paying attention to this kind of detail, but manufacturing should have used some better tensioning control. Maybe they should have used some torque wrench screw drivers for the screws, that would solve that problem.I had read a lot of reviews saying the cubes were used and sent back. Upon receiving when I also was thinking whether they were used or not. But upon further inspection I concluded the aged look on them are due to:- they have manufacturing grit and dirt on them. Some of it due to use of some silicon grease, which dirt sticks on it.- The plastic faces must have gone through some metal tooling that put some light scratches on them. After some use none of the above becomes visible.Summary, adjust each screw at the centers before use, you will have four very good cubes! Adding some silicon grease makes them even better!
