Read This if You Want to Be Instagram Famous: (Tips on photographic techniques, captioning, codes of conduct, kit and managing your account)

Love all of Henry Carroll's photography books. This book is very well written and provides lots of tips and examples. The pictures are as always beautiful.

It was a good to read. A lot of the pictures are creative and points were made, but it isn’t as revelant anyone.

The title is somewhat disingenuous. The book is a quick read (around 100 pages I think) and it's mainly statements and pictures from some accounts who've made it big.The two things they all had in common? Early adopters of Instagram, and they all had some sort of "get lucky" moment/photo. They were all featured on the Instagram blog, became a featured user of Instagram or had a photo go viral from Instagram. There's nothing really helpful here except for the help from Instagram itself which are grey and black pages of information and only maybe 10 pages of the book in total.It's probably a good coffee table book or something to start conversation about, but no real "information" here.

Lamentablemente esas formulas que ellos proponen ya no funcionan tanto por la misma actualización de la plataforma y los nuevos usuarios que ahora tienen que han mejorado más de los que ya están en el libro. Propongo actualizar este libro, pero en genera vale la pena si eres creador de contenido o que trabajas en el mundo digital.This book is good as content references from famous accounts and how they have made their strategy to stand out on Instagram. Unfortunately those formulas that they propose no longer work so much due to the same platform update and the new users who now have that have improved more than those already in the book. I propose to update this book, but in general it is worth it if you are a content creator or who work in the digital world.

An excellent resource with many helpful tips. I like that each tip is short and sweet--no long winded discussions! Plus, the accompanying photos perfectly illustrate the ideas so there are no misconceptions.

It was a good book, but I am not Instagram famous.

Not what I was expecting... just a lot of not so well known perspectives of instagramers ... no real structure or guidance. Just people and their instagram pages.... kind of boring.

The book didn’t really give lots of ideas. But it was helpful because it had lots of successful Instagram accounts with tips. But I wouldn’t buy again.
