I tried so, so many pillows over the course of many months before I came across this one two years ago. Nothing I found before in my quest for a good pillow worked for me at all, but this one is perfect. The fill is extremely light and fluffy, but the fact that you can adjust the amount that's in the pillow means you end up with the perfect pillow for you. I actually used my fill to make two pillows, one with a good bit more in it than the other. The loosey-goosey pillow I use when I'm sleeping on my back, and the firmer one I use when I'm lying on my side. I praised them to my husband so much that he asked me to get him one, which he made way, way firmer than mine. It's perfect for him, and he loves it, too. His gets somewhat compacted over the course of the night, but a few seconds in the dryer or even a bit of whacking by hand and it's all loosened up again. We are both very pleased.

Finally! Finally found my pillow. I’ve bought so many random pillows over the last year trying to find one that doesn’t hurt my neck and back. I’m a back and side sleeper and either they go flat immediately or they’re to filled. I’ve been dying from neck/upper back pain from sleeping weird or being hunched over my laptop all day so finding one that supports in a way to help me sleep better is such a huge win. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week so far it’s wonderful, I’ll update later after a few more months go by, but so far I love this pillow.

These are my favorite pillows hands down. How many other pillows do you know that allow you to fully customize it to how you like it?? The stuffing is soft and airy yet dense enough to provide firm support. And if you need it even bigger, you can pop it in the dryer. Just make sure to use a safety pin to ensure the zipper stays closed when washing/drying, as I had mine open up and stuffing went everywhere! Still though I’ve had mine for years and bought one for my grandma and son as well. Everyone’s happy :) Plus the owner is also very friendly incase you needed anything. Overall great company and great product!

My issue; I have delayed review for months no fault of there’s. I have TMJD (tempomandibuIar joint disorder) from age 3 1/2 (car accident) with whiplash compounded by the fact I like to sleep on my sides.Positives: They are the only pillow company that has two zippers, which is why they got a four from me. One for the lovely quilted outer and one for inner case. It even comes with extra stuffing if you want it. Who does that?! My issue is that I have removed 1/2 the original stuffing and still can get completely comfortable of a nightI turned my stepdaughter on to them and she loves it. My journey to find a pillow my neck and jaw are comfortable with so I can sleep continues…

I was looking to replace or repurchase a memory foam pillow that I purchased on Amazon in 2018, but it is no longer available. I’m a side sleeper that periodically suffers for neck and shoulder pain due to long sitting hours at work. This pillow is a great replacement! It came with extra filler, and I would say it’s medium firmness. The pillow keeps cool and I didn’t experience any odd chemical smell. In short, I wake up refresh, no pain!

I used this pillow for a few weeks before writing a review. Firstly, it is made of high quality materials and foam. It comes with extra fill, if you need. (I did not need.) I followed the instructions: after opening the pillow to "inflate" it, put it in the dryer with dryer balls for the recommended number of minutes. Perfect. (I suggest not using it the first 24 hours to allow the "gases" from the foam to release.) As I have become used to the pillow, I realize how easy it is to readjust during the night ("fluff" or turn it over) to be sure my neck is well supported. Surprisingly pleased with this purchase...

Update 1-2 weeks later: changed stars from 2/3 to 5. Great pillow! I love it and customers service is amazing. “Lifetime warranty” with order. One was a bit flatter for my preference but everything else was amazing. I received more foam for the flatter pillow today and now everything is exactly how I hoped! Foam quality is great, I like that they’re small chunks instead of one big piece, I love the quilted cover, and I bought a satin pillow cover on top of that <3 best feeling everI bought 2 king sized pillow yesterday and they came in today, hooray for the fast shipping! I filled them both with their separate “extra stuffing” however one of them came out great and the other is still empty feeling despite following instructions. I left both in the dryer on no heat for about 20 minutes, and redid the flatter one for 5 minutes on low heat. I also gave it 2-3 extra hour to “inflate” some more. However, still the same results. The pillow is so long in length that having any amount missing leads it to having no support. I don’t know how else to put it.Besides this issue, the pillow is great quality, the foam is soft and feels amazing and the cover is heavenly.Big issue, for me, though with the stuffing and lack of quality control. Seems this happens often with others as well.

Had these pillows for about 2 months and having the best sleep in years! They're weighty and supportive but still soft and cozy. Importantly, the filling looks as advertised and not discarded crap foam pieces.There's an initial odor so I put them in the dryer on delicate for 15 min and air fluff for 15 min. They blew up like the jiffy popcorn on the stove back in the day 😄. I put them on air fluff for about 10 min every couple of weeks to keep them fluffy and haven't needed the extra fill yet.Buying an oversize pillowcase is a must because regular pillowcases squeeze and flatten them. At first I used a couple of tshirts as pillowcases which will work in a pinch but looks tacky so I finally sprung for the $35. to get the oversized and glad I did. I registered for the lifetime guarantee so hopefully they'll hold up well. Happy 😴!
