just so everyone is aware. the yellow thing will click onto your deck and be flush with the screen. if you want to avoid bubbles, apply the glass from one side to the other. don’t just put the glass on the screen. make sure the yellow frame is flush or else you will put the glass on crooked and get giant bubbles that won’t go away. it works great when applied correctly. looks crystal clear still and fits perfectly into the screen area.

No scratches this far. I can’t tell you if it’s holds up against any real blunt force because who wants to test that right? LolYou also get 2 protectors so I have one as backup or if I buy a new deckInstallation was easy enough altho I kinda very slightly miss aligned it but you’ll only see it if you look very hard. That was my skill issue by the given tool for installs is one of the best I’ve ever seen.

I followed the included instructions after watching an installation video. Included framing guide is quite precise and eased my worries about messing up. I didn't get it perfectly clean and thought I may have to try again but I can't even tell when it's in use. The fact this comes with the guide and an extra protector make it well worth it

Great screen protector, doesn't impact the touch sensitivity or the clarity of the picture on my Deck. The guide makes it easy to install, the bubbles were easy to work off the edge, can't ask for more. And at the price point? No complaints here.

Maybe this is just user error, but I had the hardest time getting a clean install with this thing without catching some dust or other obstruction under it. The actual applicator worked easily enough, but no matter how fastidiously I cleaned the screen or how quickly I placed the glass, there was always a piece of dust or two underneath. I used up both pieces of glass, ordered another set, and used both of those too. You can peel each one up once and try again, but more than that and the glass can start to bend out of shape. I finally realized it wasn't ever going to be perfect so I just settled with the final result, but damn.I don't think this is really the product's fault, so I'm still giving it 4 stars, but I've never had this kind of trouble before with my phones (maybe because the SteamDeck's screen is so much bigger?) and it was seriously driving me crazy. all I can say is, use this in the most dust-free environment you can find and pray.As for how it works on the deck, no complaints. Screen is clear, doesn't affect visibility at all, it's thin enough to fit low against the surface of the deck and is easy to place in the correct spot thanks to the applicator.

It's exactly what you'd expect to get in a screen protector. You get a plastic cover to help guide the screen install so you can place it on the deck without issue. You also get tons of cleaning tools to make sure your screen is clean and dust free before you place the protector.I've seen other reviews giving a negative review because they get dust or something under the protector, which is annoying. However, that's not the fault of the manufacturer, just a fact of any screen protector installation.Overall, I was impressed with how much I got for $10. I've had no issues with the screen touch sensitivity, and I opted not to get the glare reduction one because I'm almost never in need of it. I'd recommend it because it's cheap and it seems like quality.

I always apply a screen protector to any device I own that has a touchscreen, and my steam deck is no exception. I tried a few protectors before seeing a recommendation for these. The difference is night and day—these are fantastic. They’re easy enough to apply with the line-up tool and they look great applied. They don’t seem to affect the responsiveness of touch controls which is also a plus.
