A great fitness watch with very few cons for the price
I've been really happy with my Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch. It features a built-in GPS that accurately tracks my runs and bike rides without needing my phone. The battery life is impressive, lasting up to 6 days on a single charge, which means less time charging and more time tracking. Some specifications include a heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, and various exercise modes. It also offers smartphone notifications, allowing me to stay connected even during workouts. The watch is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, and the touchscreen is responsive and easy to navigate.Pros:Built-in GPS for phone-free trackingLong battery life of up to 6 daysComprehensive fitness and health tracking featuresComfortable and lightweight designEasy-to-use touchscreen interfaceCons:Limited app selection compared to other smartwatchesNo built-in music storageScreen can be hard to read in bright sunlightOverall, the Fitbit Versa 4 has been a great choice for me to stay on top of my fitness goals and I have found the heart rate monitor to be pretty decent as I sometimes compare it with my Polar chest band monitor which is definitely very accurate.

Stylish & useful fitness watch
I've had this watch for 3-4 months now and I really like it. Pros - easy to set up, syncs with my phone to track & monitor progress, the battery charge lasts about a week on a single charge, it comes with 2 straps for different size wrists so it's comfortable no matter your size, it looks smart & stylish and is well made. The display is clear and you have an option to have the display on all the time or only when you press the button. However, if it's on all the time, the battery will drain quickly. Not the cheapest but then I do feel that the it's value for money for the features. It has lost a star because it originally came with 6 months free premium FitBit which allows you to access additional features such as sleep analysis. So, I signed up for this but then was charged for the annual subscription. After contacting customer service, I eventually managed to have this refunded. However, I was only then eligible for 3 months free. I couldn't be bothered to go back to them about this, so I just have the standard features now, which is fine.

Good watch
Delighted with my versa 4. I had a versa 3 which had a faulty strap connection but this one is perfect

Good looking. GPS issues.
The watch came quick, in a neat box which included the watch itself, large replacement band, charging cradle and start guides, unboxing was a pleasure. The initial setup was also easy, as I had my fitbit account already created some time ago, using fitbit fitness band. Here my first little disappointment - the fitbit app offers very limited functionality, the detailed graphs and comprehensive health tracking is available only with paid premium subscription. That's not what I expected. The GPS works fine, if you willing to wait 1-3 minutes until it lock on the gps signal. Yes, you can't start running or walking exercise any time you want, you have to wait for the gps - and sometimes the message 'bad signal' shows up in a areas without any obstructions, buildings, etc. Ridiculous. If you won't wait for the gps it won't catch up - it will show a straight line on the map (see attached picture) and the watch just ends the measurements, basically stops the exercise. The other attached picture shows the same exercise with agps tracked, however, it shows different start and end point (I started and ended walking in exactly the same spot). I'm very disappointed here. From the good things - the new fitbit has absolutely phenomenal heart rate tracking, I have checked it against a finger clamped medical pulse oximeter and the readings were identical. It also performs very well tracking the sleep pattern (however, without premium it gives only a simple breakdown (light sleep, deep sleep, fall asleep and awake time), but it seem to be accurate - and it also records day naps. The amoled display is nice, it can be turned into always-on mode, which I prefer, however it penalize the battery (manufacturer says it holds up 6+ days on a single charge - in my case its hardly 3 days). However, because it has only 150mAh battery it charges from empty to full in approx.45 minutes, which is fine.I was really looking forward to have it, it's a fantastic looking wearable, but these issues with the gps and inability to use many good features without subscribing to premium, puts me off a little, I may consider returning it.

Perfect for my needs
The 6 day battery life and price swung it for me vs an Apple watch - although if I use the always on display it lasts about 4 days which is still good. I also like the notifications, being able to pay without having to get my phone or wallet out (although check if your bank is supported before you buy), tons of watch faces and built in Alexa support. Also a plus is that it doesn't tie you to Apple. These things may or may not be important to everyone but they fit my needs well. By the way, I don't see problems that other people have reported in reviews such as it disconnecting and being sluggish but maybe I'm fortunate :-) Certainly for me it is snappy to use and stays connected.
