Perfect to use for first aid or sports injury
Great if you suffer from migraines.Small and compact design - not bulky at all.Very soft and skin friendly.Add ice and water if you like.Quality materials and good seal to keep water in.Flexible as you can use with warm water as well.

Super Quality
Absolutely brilliant little ice pack. I had a hydrocortisone injection for tennis elbow and was told by my Dr to ice pack it every day. 2 weeks on and using this twice a day, I am pain free. Brilliant quality, leak free and works well. Instructions are on the box but frankly, what’s to know…put in ice, a drop of cols water and screw down the top.

It’s a good product. Well made and sturdy and, because it’s malleable, it’s great for injuries in bony, awkward areas. I have used it a lot since it arrived.

Ice pack that works.
This is really good quality. Fill with ice cubes or water then put it in the freezer. Think about the shape when needed. It can also be filled with hot water.

Great value but one leaks through the cloth
This pack of three ice packs is great value and the packs have water tight, screw on lids. Sadly one of the packs I received is unusable. The medium size, leaks water through the material. Hence the reduction in stars.

Excellent at managing the bruising caused by a total knee replacement. Nice wide neck to allow ice from a fridge and water dispenser. Lid seals so no leakage
