Its the second time I order this tool kit and it doesnt disappoint!This time I baught it to a friend at the shop I work after caching him stealing my claw grabber mulitple times.I had a problem at the begining in my order where the claw grabber didnt work and straight away I send an email to the company with my complain.They answer quickly and were super nice and understanding and after couple back and forth, they send me a new set 2 days after and everything works great.Of course the telescope magnet you can find similer products, but the claw grabber is why I order it again!I love this simple but affective product, easy to use and durable, I have mine for a year now with no problems.Will recommend this to anyone working on cars and knows that a magnet doesnt work for a lot of those moments

I do a lot of sewing. When I received the item yesterday I gave it a test and loved that it would pick up scissors, pins, needles etc. No more bending to pick up what I might drop.

I like the strength of the magnet, and the convenience of being able to pick up metal items without bending over.

The media could not be loaded. Previously I wrote in my review:Grabbing tool is great probably one of the better grabbers I’ve ever had. The magnet is less than adequate does not lift advertised weight. If just reviewing the grabber tool it would be 5 starsWell I was then contacted by a representative from NoCry and discussed the matter. Customer service was exemplary and that is a rarity in the times we are living in. The representative sent me out a new one and asked if I would please check them against each other. In my first photo, you can see the magnet easily lifts my keys off the ground, and holds them without falling and in the second video, you can see that the magnet is not strong enough to get my keys off the ground in the rest of the pictures you can see that all the other functions for both products worked well and equally. As you can see things happen and for whatever reason the first magnet didn’t work as well as the second magnet, but the company wildness to work with me to solve the problem speaks volumes I would fully recommend anybody buying whatever this company has the offer just because they are customer service however the second product worked as advertised. Excellent pickup tool. Had dropped a screw into an inaccessible area and the strong magnet on this tool allowed me to retrieve it. The magnetic tip is only about 3/4 inch diameter, but very strong for it's size.Everybody should have one of these.

First off the length should be sufficient length for any of my needs.The tool came with three batteries, all of which need to be installed. When you remove the cap for the battery compartment be awate that the spring coil may fall off of the cap. After removing the cap there is a white sleeve that needs to be removed. As you install the batteries the plus side needs to face down. The batteries may flip[ over resulting in th plus side facing up.Keep in mind that the tool is almost 28 inches. in length. So if you intnd to keep the grabber in a drawer when not being used, you may want to use a band to secure the tool if folded back. Just do an Amazon search for "Velcro Bundle Ties" I would recommend getting ties that are long enough you can use with power cords and other cables. You can trim them to shorter lengths.

The telescoping magneticc tool is great for for picking up dropped tools in hard to reach places it comes in handy and for the work I do I keep one in my my tool bag.
