Kids liked them
5 out of 8 had reasonable suction power, 2 had basically none, and 1 was about half of the remainder. About the same price as other novelties, (almost all of which are overpriced but in line with others), and the kids liked the ones that worked

Cake topper
It didn’t say these were cake toppers but my daughter inlaw said it said it on package and she put them on Halloween cakes for my grandson then he played with them so one happy 3yr old
