Purchased based on price. I upgrade every 2 years (every other year).I like having disks, for a clean re-install if need be.

NO license include
I gave one star not because the software is bad, in fact the program is great, but if you buy it from Amazon you will not be able to install it because it will come without the serial number that you need in order to install it. You call Intuit and they can't help you.

DID NOT COME WITH LICENCE USELESS
Ordered a few months ago, now that it was time to install I cannot.

Zero support from Intuit. Consistent bugs that crash the program.
Consistent bugs:- Print to PDF. If you do this through the QB mechanism, it crashes the program. Print to PDF through Windows printer system works OK.- Change check printer! Consistently crashes QB. Every single time. I had a tiny HP printer, bought a new Epson printer which works fine for everything except I can't configure QB to use it as a check printer. It crashes. Every. Single. Time.- I'd be happier if real tech suppiort exists. User-maintained tech support is not a solution.- I'd happily upgrade and spend a lot of money if I had any assurance that the upgrade would solve these problems. Intuit's track record for upgrades in my experience is terrible.
