I’m glad that I have found these arm sleeves as they even help adults. I’m been looking for something like this for a long time. I use them for adults with tremors in helping them with eating. It helps a lot as they can mange the task better.

Weighted well. Leaves indentations in skin from seams. Not comfortable to wear.

This is a comfortable sleeve and it also helps to control the tremors in my right hand due to a pinched nerve.

If you have RA, then you know that compression can help you do more. This sleeve adds in weight, so that you can use strength as well when you need that compression. You do have to be careful when putting it on to have your arm laying horizontally - the beads are in sections but still fall to the bottom if your arm is too vertical when putting it on. Once the sleeve is on, then they don't move around as much.I have greatly enjoyed the comfort this sleeve has brought me!

i have carpal tunnel and arthritis so bad in both arm and this feels really great on my arms. it helps the pain and helps ease the shaking and weakness i sometimes get from the arthritis and such

I misread the description before ordering - this is only one weighted sleeve, not two. Other than that, it works well. I've been using it to combat swelling in my arm as I recover from a DVT, and the weight of it eases pain while being more comfortable than a compression sleeve.

I've been wearing this arm weight at work while typing and it is very comfortable. I am hoping wearing this will help to strengthen the wrist and forearm from an old injury that aggravates my carpel. The stitching is recessed and overall build is high quality. I recommend.
