They get a bit fuzzy with use, but don't lose their stiffness. Have not experienced any broken strings, or damage to the instruments. Good value for the money.

So our son wanted a ukulele as his prize from an arcade but had no pics. I ordered these because they were colorful with flexibility and listed as stiff so I thought that might help him learn to play. I was right! He loves playing for fun and exploring music. These are easily gripped by smaller hands, colorful, and the sound quality against the strings is awesome. The ease of use is great for kids and adults.

They don't really all fit into the pouch but the product will good quality and works as I expected.
