You probably can use this backpack for cycling and motorbiking as directed but I chose this backpack for hill walking. I wanted a small backpack to fit sturdy to my back without movement as I suffer from balance issues and my physiotherapist suggested I needed to walk more to retrain my brain in relation to my limbs for balance. So you see I have progressed and now hill walk, my balance is near perfect now and almost back to how it used to be so I wanted a bag that wouldn't shift around on my back and cause me to topple.This super bag really does sit snug to you spine which is what I wanted and has both a chest and waist strap to keep it also snug and secure. Both sets of straps are very well padded especially the shoulder and those that sit into your waist. This bag seems to be modeled on a military style backpack with it's extra webbed loops for attaching and hanging extra pouches and tools like torches etc and even clip lights. You have two 'D' rings on each shoulder strap where you can hang a whistle if out walking or thread a glow stick style light if walking or cycling at night or bag weather to be seen. There are two inner zipped compartments one of which takes up the whole bag and the other half. Also two adjustable straps to offer strength and support to these pockets. At the front there us a clip flap that holds all the webbing loops and on the inside smaller pockets for phones etc. Even each side of the waist padding there are two barrel style pockets too. This bag can easily hold 10kg in weight as we tested it by putting my 9.6kg dog into the main flap in sit up and beg position and added the remaining weight with her water bottle etc. Obviously this is not designed for carrying pets nor should you attempt too but was just used to see if it would hold her weight with my hubby getting ready to catch her as I lifted the bag off the floor whilst in our home. No reflective strips on it and all black so you will need to add your own for safety but a really good all round backpack

Feels a little bit cheep compared to higher end bags I have had but seems obvious. Has had abitd of use. Zips feel like there going to be thing that goes first.
